At Cwm Camping, we truly believe and are committed to maintaining the confidence of our visitors and guests when it comes to the storage and use of their personal data. We will, with your explicit permission, store your personal data solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining bookings. We will never send out any marketing or advertising emails to you without your consent. We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties. You can withdraw your consent for us to hold your personal data at anytime by contacting us by email or telephone.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

When you make a booking with us (whether by telephone, e-mail, in person or online) we will collect personal data like name, address, e-mail and telephone number, in order that we can process your booking.

We store your data so that we can contact you about your booking should we need to, for example to remind you about paying a balance. After your departure date, we store your data so that should you wish to re-book in the future the process is easier and quicker. At any time after your holiday you wish to be removed from our data storage system, please contact us and we will remove your details immediately.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

As we primarily book visits using telephone or email, any data we hold is stored on servers located in a secure UK datacentre, which complies with ISO 27001 information security standards. This data is transmitted securely over SSL 256bit encryption.

We rarely hold printed/written copies of personal data, however, should we do so, it is stored securely in our on-site office and is only accessible to authorised personnel and is locked when not in use.

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Cwm Camping will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Information relating to casework will only be retained for as long as it is necessary to resolve or otherwise complete your request.

If you have consented to receive information about our work, We will only retain your personal information whilst your consent is given.

We will regularly review the personal information we hold to ensure that its use is necessary and proportionate.

 

DISCLOSURE:

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate our terms and conditions.

 

E-COMMERCE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Cwm Camping does not store any of your payment data internally. All payment transactions completed via bank transfer or manually in cash on site.

 

CONTROLLING YOUR DATA:

YOUR RIGHTS

You have a number of rights in relation to your personal information and the opportunity to choose how it is used. You can:
